Johnson Bros serving platter - The Friendly Village

Beautiful transferware. This listing is for a small oval serving bowl in "The Friendly Village" pattern from Johnson Bros. The center transfer is a country scene of a Village Green framed by a trim of vines and leaves. Johnson Brothers produced this pattern beginning in 1953. Very popular and highly collectible.

This serving bowl is in very good vintage used condition; light utensil marks.
