Return Policy

We offer a 7 day store credit for any items purchased in the store. this credit can be used the day of the exchange, or given as a gift card to use at a later date. 

Any paint that has been purchased from the Duck&Dodo, and is NOT open can be exchanged for another colour if the paint is in "like new" resellable condition.  after the seven days only an exchange for paint is permitted. 

to complete a exchange we require either a receipt, or the date and general time of the purchase. All transactions are available in our system. 

For items purchased online, and shipped they do not have a return policy. If you require any additional help, feel free to reach out to the shop to discuss.
