Pancake Mix

Possibly the best Pancake Mix in Canada!  Made with Arva Artisan Red Fife and Daisy Hard White flour, milled and packaged right on site here at the Historic Arva Flour Mill, it doesn’t get any fresher than that!

The Red Fife provides subtle notes of anise and cinnamon.  The addition of vanilla combines to make an out of this world pancake experience. Fluffy and SO tasty!
